3 of the most popular Sanlorenzo Yachts for Sale

Synonymous with yachting, luxury Italian yard Sanlorenzo is the mastermind behind several of the industry’s leading yachts. Founded more than 60 years ago, Sanlorenzo specialises in constructing resin-infused semi-custom fibreglass, aluminium and steel vessels between 23 and 72 metres. Catapulting to international fame in 1985 with the launch of its first-ever fibreglass hull, the SL57, Sanlorenzo has cemented its reputation as Italy’s leading boutique yacht firm. Building a limited number of made-to-measure yachts each year, some of Sanlorenzo’s most notable models include the 62Steel, the SL102, the first asymmetric yacht globally, and the SX88. Here we share more details on these three unique models and what sets them apart.
62Steel
Fusing together elegant design with advanced technology and an innovative layout, the 62Steel is the vision of future yachting. Measuring 62 metres in length, she spans five decks, offering an impressive interior volume of 1,300GT. Her light, bright, perfectly matches her chic exterior style and airy interiors, creating a more seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The new layout includes the relocation of the wheelhouse to an additional deck which in turn frees up the upper deck solely for the owner’s exclusive use. The spacious owner’s suite spans 210 square metres and features everything from a private gym, two bathrooms, a dedicated walk-in dressing area and a private terrace with a spa pool and outdoor lounge area. With a flexible interior configuration with a five or six stateroom arrangement on the main deck, she can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests as well as a crew of 14. Other stand out features of the 62Steel include her extensive beach club, measuring 117 square metres, which is the ideal space for leisure and entertaining. With a top speed of 16.5 knots, she is the perfect superyacht for living luxuriously out in the open waters.
SL102
Reimagining the established superyacht layout, the SL102 Asymmetric is not your typical superyacht. Offering enhanced usability of the interior spaces, she features an advanced approach to onboard living. Her unique design is built around an asymmetric configuration that offers more interior space than other yachts in her size range. Measuring 31.10 metres in length, her innovative design stems from Sanlorenzo’s partnership with US automobile designer Chris Bangle. Stand out features of her unique design include a single deck balanced on the opposite side due to the widebody layout that creates a protected passage for the crew to handle mooring operations. On the opposing side, the guest accommodation is aligned with the bulkhead, and the master cabin is positioned forward on the main deck. Together, this enhances the living space by 25 square metres. Able to accommodate up to 10 overnight guests in four staterooms and a master suite on the main deck, she has room for a crew of four. With a top speed of 28 knots, the SL102 is the result of Sanlorenzo’s desire to think out of the box.
SX88
The first in Sanlorenzo’s series of crossover yachts, the SX88 mixes together Sanlorenzo’s elegant fibreglass flybridge models and the tough steel Explorer models. Measuring 26.7 metres in length, the SX88 features a bold and striking exterior design from the Officina Italiana Design. Stand out features of the SX88 include a spacious, wide transom that serves as a beach club and sports utility space that can dock a 4.5-metre tender as well as plenty of water toys. Her helm station is located under the hardtop on the flybridge deck that can be entirely enclosed thanks to the automatic side windows. Able to accommodate up to ten guests, this includes the full-beam master’s suite on the main deck and four ensuite guest staterooms on the lower deck. With a top speed of 23 knots, the SX88 is the perfect superyacht for owners looking for the best of two worlds in one.
